How posting works — 2 steps:
① Review & edit the draft → ② Approve.
Once approved, the post goes out automatically at its set time — nothing ever publishes until you approve it (or hit Publish Now). Each card shows which step it's waiting on.

✍️ Auto-draft new concerts
When a new concert appears on your Concerts tab, Encore automatically writes its announcement, one-week and day-before drafts overnight — with a poster attached. Nothing ever publishes without your approval.
🏷 Categories
Posts are color-tagged by category — set a post's category on its card, or let the keywords below match the title automatically. Up to 12 categories.
#️⃣ Hashtag suggestions
The “+#” button on captions suggests your base hashtags plus extras matched from the post's title. Add keyword → hashtags pairs here (up to 50).
🖋 Writing style guide
Sent to the AI with every caption it writes for you. It's learned from the edits you make to AI captions (see the Style journal in 📜 Activity) — edit it freely, or regenerate it from your recent edits.
